Anyone who ever said Las Vegas is the gaming capital of the US has never lived in Houston, TX.
Just like anyone who ever said Love Is The Only Game Worth Playing, never worked at Astroworld.
We're talking about people who's stories that make up their lives would send even the most untrusting and timid souls running for the Yahoo Personals!
If it wasn't for good delivery and cold drinks - not even good drinks - just cold drinks and the occasional comic book movie or sushi or Thai restaurant, we might never be able to forgive each other or our selves in the mornings or afternoons after the hangovers subside.
Kind of like anyone who feels Techno has no purpose has never tried ecstasy.
Anyways, I'm 21, I have 2 kinds of friends; ones who are 17 to 20 and those who are 25 and, well older. Now the fucked up thing about this is they say I don't act my age, that I act young. Nevermind the fact I'm only 21. I just don't have the energy for museums and coffee bars, and I can't stomach Indian cuisine.
The older you get, the more dramatic you become. Making puberty seem like a cake walk.
I mean when did reality TV become good? And when did it become decided that if your young you have to love yougioh, and if you old you have to like Family Guy??
Personally I don't like either, I'm happy with a collection of Invaders Zim and X-Men Evolution, but that's straying from my point.
IF IT SEEMS LIKE I'M NOT PLAYING BY THE RULES, IT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE I'M NOT PLAYING THE GAME.

I have no idea what the rules are myself, so I make up my own. The last reality show I really watched was the first three seasons of THE REAL WORLD. I don't bother watching the ones after that, nor do I watch Family Guy even though it's making a comeback. I watched You-gi-oh at times because it is a bit different, but I prefer the superheroes one like MARVEL ACTION UNIVERSE, The 1967 version of SPIDER-MAN, which I have on DVD and even the MTV version on DVD.
As for yr 4/15 message, don't worry about entertaining the masses. Just be yourself. That's what everyone seems to be after. Even Robin Williams and Jim Curry have their slow, down days. And in reaction to the first paragraph....hmm, I wonder.
By the way, I'm leaving the last Yahoo group I'm in and planning on making my own blog and going back to reviewing video games. Check me out on 1UP.com and look for my name, "Megnetto" and look up www.gamefaqs.com for more upcoming Sega Saturn game reviews. Take care.
Well I give Top Model an ok level on my interest scale, I hate to say it but I am loving HOUSE on fox right now. Old School comic hero stuff is awsome to me. But I am really getting into old eps of X-Men Evolution and Teen Titans, if you can get past the over animated expresions of TT ya'll might find it's a great show.
I know it's not my job to entertain the masses, but I feel like I should approch this as if it were. I need an angele, I feel if I find it then maybe who knows.
I will check you out on the 1UP, and knowing me I'll probably link it like crazy on this site. The only groups I'm in are a Excal fest, A Christian group that I don't ever recall joining, Yours, I don't know why I'm still there and I joined the Klone of Rock N' Roll group. I really want another good RPG group, but I haven't anyone to start with and after what happened last time, I'm not sure who has faith left in me as a good leader. I could not believe how many were up set when I offed my last 2. I just need a group to fiddle with, even if it's not rpg.
I don't watch much TV lately mostly because I work nights, although I record SMALLVILLE at times. I watch TT at times on the WB. If they wanted to make an anime design on that show, I wish it they got from such shows as GHOST IN THE SHELL, STREET FIGHTER II V, or even THE GUYVER, instead of that silly nonsense that is found in SALIOR MOON and POKEMON.
As for finding an angle, I thought a day in the life of a female pirate living in Texas was one. Anyway, maybe watching a few episodes of STIENFELD might give you few ideas, since that show is much "about nothing". That, and the comic book series, "AMERICAN SPLENDOR", which was made into a movie.
Just saying don't wack your head thinking of an angle. It will come to you naturally when you relax and go with the flow. Me, I'm going slow on my blog. I already put up my interests list on the sidebar and having trouble putting my photos. I'm not letting that get to me. In fact, I'll use that as a way to start it.
I'm still in that Yahoo group, Carson Bay. I thought of leaving it last week, but saw a abit of a revival there. You can still rpg with me in that group, otherwise, I'll find a way to write off my characters and leave the group within a month. I already killed off eight of my guys, leaving three left, Joe, John and Bic.
Oh, by the way, I meant to say Tim Curry and Jim Carry, not "Jim Curry."
Oops. Sorry about posting it twice! Been doing the double clicking when I'm Yahoo so I'm sure that the messages got through. Hope u could delete one of them.
No problem, I took care of it. :]
Anything for my guys Meg.
Well I'm trying everything I can think of, and instead of watching STIENFELD I've been watching mostly House and TT and Two And-A-Half Men, yeah no where near the glory days of Jerry the man himself, but I can't take another eppisode, hell I think I've seen all of them at least twice, my mother loved sitcoms, and hated Soaps - so they and haunted places were her fix. I don't think I can even stomache the DVD cuts. It'll come to me.
Part of the problem is I don't even know if I'm coming or going in my own life. Maybe after I get my own place in about a month, maybe then things will brighten up and form a line.
but thanks - I don't know how I ever made it this far in an Internet life without you and the rest of the XRPers. And you know the specifics of my list.
